Hi, a few Pentair Rainbow 4-way test kits were given to me. I know there are recommended ones on here. With that said, I have a lot of chemicals for testing Total Chlorine, pH, acid demand, and total alkalinity. Is there any use keeping this kit around? Was trying to maybe just buy chemicals but noticed the regents to do test FC.

Nope. You need a kit that can test CYA and FC/CC. That kit can do none of that. Also the pH reagent is likely inaccurate when FC is above 5, someone did a test with a similar kit a few years back and found that. Taylor pH reagent is formulated to stay accurate up to 10 FC.
