I'm having an issue getting a hold of Glacier. I just want to replace my hand hole cover and not even my local dealer can get through to them. Mine is 285k gallon commercial size. I dont know if the hole size is even universal for all units. Does anyone even know if this company is still in business? Help!

I saw that one and it says for residential. I may try my luck with it and see. I'm worried I may not be able to return it if It's the wrong size. neither me nor my local dealer can get a return phone call from them is the problem. Thank you Lilypad =)
You're welcome. Thought it was worth a shot. Hope you get a response from Glacier Pool or find a solution if the residential version is a fail.
