My brother passing away (that was horrible)
Bad ground prep contractor
Bad Sand (see previous comment)
Not knowing anything (yeah, this should be top of the list)
Learning I know NOTHING about leveling sand bottoms
It is beautiful. Right now it is balancing out, and other than Minnesota dropping about 20 degrees, and the bottom of the pool feels more like a minefield (not going to worry about it this year, most likely will drain it next year early and fix, technically it is a multilevel pool
) -- It is good.

PS- Really, I know NOTHING about level sand. It is sad...and I complained the ground wasnt level to begin with...g'z...
Also, I now know what masons sand is, and why I should have used it......next year gorilla bottom
