Please help ID this hose adapter

I need help identifying this vacuum hose adapter.

It is attached to the end of the vacuum hose and then goes in the bottom of my skimmer to block suction to my bottom drain so that I get full suction through the vacuum hose.

Anyone know the name of it and/or who makes it? I need to get another one as this one is broken (I taped it together for the pic).

I don't know the model number, I'm assuming your pool is slyvan anthony you can try contacting them.
