I'm a new member, but I've been perusing the forum for months.
Back in March, we purchased a home with a gunite pool that passed inspections with flying colors. Fast forward 7 months and $25,000 later, we NOW have a pool that is lovely and functional, has never seen the likes of store bought pool chemical, and could not possibly be clearer!
My parents and grandparents had IG pools while I was growing up, so the concept is not completely foreign. They always had them professional closed in late September and re-opened in May to green waters. I always hated smelling of chlorine and having damaged and dry hair, so the BBB method quickly became my new best friend!
I look forward to learning even more about how to care for my "new" pool!
