Paramount Clear 03 Bulb Source ?

Our Paramount O3 ozonator is not working again. I suspect the bulb. Does anyone know where to get these ? Google only shows one source, Polytec Pools. The bulb Part Number # 005-402-3834-00.

BTW - the manual recommends changing the bulb every 3 years. Mine have been lasting about 9 months. The first was replaced under warranty ....

I have the exact same problem. My first was replaced under warranty last June and the light is off again. Wonder if you got the bulb from Polytec which is the only soruce I can find and if they are any good. Thanks!
