Hey Leebo, I got this twice today. Two different threads. Both times I clicked the post quick replay just once.

and just now the pop up that said something like "are you sure you want to leave? Changes have not been saved."

Mine just had the same pop-up ... although it did not give the double post warning or just make the post twice.

I've been noticing that when I post intermittently it freezes, I have opened a new page and seen the post was already there. On a couple occasions I got the double post warning but I've avoided that by noticing the freeze, opening a new page and closing the frozen one. If it's happening to others there may be an issue with the forum DB.
