Yikes.....hope those bruises heal up quick! Definitely worse than my fall recently.
Fell in for the first time last month while walking around the pool with the hose watering the plants fully clothed, but just gym shorts, t-shirt and running shoes. Just one misstep back and in I went. Minor scrape on my shin from the bench, but no big deal and was gone in a couple of days. And my phone was in my pocket, but the LifeProof case saved it. I'd advise everyone to get one or something similar.
Funny part was my youngest and wife were inside and the little one saw me and asked, "why is daddy in the pool?" Of course the wife immediately panicked and ran out, but then had quite the laugh about it.
