Hmm, just occured to me that none of my returns have eyeballs. Is this negativly effecting my filtration system by not giving it enough back pressure?

The lack of back pressure doesn't hurt the filter's operation, but it can reduce the effectiveness of the skimmer and general circulation of the water which would result in poorer filtering.
