SWG as a line item upgrade

In a new build, what is the cost, ballpark, to "upgrade" to saltwater? Is there anything besides the actual SWG and the control that are different?

I'd figure $1000 to $1500 You can get cheaper and some more expensive. It all depends on what you want. The only thing that changes is the cell is added to a run of the piping. Not really a change just a small addition.

$1000 sounds about right. In addition to the cell being added in-line with the return pipe, you also will have the control panel hooked up to electrical and mounted on a wall.
