I am looking at a used Muskin sand filter seller says it puts a little sand into the pool. Tried looking up the filters and didn't see any lats in the parts picture are they odd ball filters? What would I look for to fix if I bought it? working on getting more numbers he said it has about 8 numbers onthe manual one id FS568-5.

Don't waste your time. Muskin is no longer so finding parts is very rare. Shooting sand to pool is a big warning. I would stay clear and keep an eye out for a used hayward or pentair product
