Re-grouting tiles

We have one set of blue tiles right at the water line of our (old) re-fiberglassed pool. The grout is almost all dissolved - most likely due to my poor chemistry before I found this site!

Are there any recommendations for new grout? I have seen grout that cures underwater online, but they dont have it at my local Home Depot.

Drop the water level just below the tile then regrout the tile. You can refill the pool in 24 hours.
