ground wire connections

I have a hayward h400 pump and heater. I recently pulled out the blue ground wire by accident. Ther heater is no longer working for my spa. Can you help me? Where does it connect. One side is still in the ground, where does the other side connect to?

pulled it out of where, the plug, the heater...Can you post a picture...I am not an electrical genious, but there are members out there that will definitely be able to help...
