I recently found this site when I couldn't get my local pool stores to figure out what was up with my pool. This site has been great. Thanks! I've received my test kit and have a question regarding the calcium hardness test. Do I swirl to mix in between drops or simply keep adding drops until the color changes to blue? If I swirl I get a reading of 350...if no swirling it's closer to 500 !!

The CH test is tricky.
You swirl for 20-30 seconds in between drops. The test should take you several minutes to complete properly.
