When I took them the other day the TA I believe was 100 and PH was 7.4, but I am also finishing up my conversion so not sure how accurate they are, just wanted to check in case my lovely pool store tells me different.

If they are still 100 and 7.4 I wouldn't touch them. They are fine, and if the PH is really a little lower, it can wait till your conversion is complete to be adjusted.
