pool came with frog system. converted to bbb method for my pool. all test numbers holding good. should i just leave frog in or disconnect it? if i leave it in what setting should i leave it on, 0 or 10?

leave it on until it starts to leak, switch the dial from 0-10 and keep on eye on the pressure gauge if it goes up or down when adjusting the dial leave it on the setting that puts the least pressure on the system ( probably won't change) I'd leave it on 10 to keep water flowing inside the unit.
Leave it all the way open - 10 or Max. It should be fine. You can always disconnect it at the end of the season. (This is what I did when I switched and it worked for me...no leaks.)
