Now that I have made the switch to BBB what should I do with my several pounds of potassium monopersulfate? Can it be used when I am out of liquid bleach as an oxidizing agent? Are special test reagents needed or will my TF 100 test kit be what I need?

That really is only useful for indoor pools or spas, not outdoor pools. It will register funny on your chlorine tests. IF you have a lot consider posting it on Ebay or Craigslist, or in the "Coffee Bar" section of the forum.
