I read that the other day too and couldnt believe my eyes! This mother is either ignorant or stupid or BOTH !
That reminds me of the OLD joke where the mother asks the Doctor about her Daughters Pregnancy.
Mother: Doctor is it possible it happened when she was using a public restroom?
Doctor: It's possible, but they would have been very uncomfortable!
