how do I figure out my flow rate???

I am concerned that my flow rate will be too high for the swg I purchased (should be 700-4000 gph).
I have a 3/4 hp Magnetek pump and a 100# Hayward Pro sand filter with a rated flow of 76 gpm.
How do I calculate my flow rate to make sure I am within the recommended for the swg???
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Figuring out you actual flow rate is difficult and requires more information than you have given here. But, with a 3/4 HP pump the odds are good that your flow rate is below 4000 GPH.

Also, if you go a little over the design flow rate, it won't cause any dramatic problems.
