Need help my in laws got in the hot tub and thier clothes evidently weren't rinsed clear of soap in the wash and now my hotub is cloudy and it foams do I have to empty it or what, Sorry I am new to hottubbing any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Though replacing the water is one way to handle this, if there is a lot of foam you can just scoop it up to remove it. The cloudiness may be from other organics so you can shock your tub with bleach to clear that up (assuming you first used Dichlor as your initial source of chlorine). I'm assuming you are using chlorine in your tub. If you are using bromine, then you could still shock with chlorine. If you are using Baqua/biguanide/PHMB, then you'd shock with hydrogen peroxide.
