I needed some conditioner/CYA (these are the only two things I buy at a pool store!) and asked him to try and get the $57 price in the store. They wouldn't match - they wanted $80. So this is a great deal @ $56.79/gallon AND free shipping. I ordered a couple - one or the summer and one for closing.

they should match it if you bring it in to them. they have to call a number I think to do it, but they should definitely do it.

Yes you need to print the online add and they will honor it. I have done it with my local store and was never questioned.

Seems like each store operates differently. I brought the ad to my local store and they would not honor the price. I guess they don't need the business.

I would try calling 1-800-leslies and see if you can go over their head. these stores aren't independently owned and operated (to my knowledge).
