add Calcium before or after Borates?

I would like to add Borates to my pool, but my CSI is registering at -.63, would it be better to add calcium before or after Evan's "So you want to add borates to your pool..." method. Or, should I not even worry about the CSI until after all that...

here are my latest figures,

Salt (I don't test, must be at least 50 by now due to adding bleach)

You have a vinyl pool. Don't worry that much about the CH or CSI. 110 should be fine. (Although I personally recommend a CH of around 130 or higher for vinyl).
