PH Rise

I have a 12,000 gallon SWG pool with an attached spa. The spa is higher than the rest of my pool and has a large 6 foot curved section of stair-steps stones that lead to the main pool. There is also a fountain in the spa that is always on. When my pool is running the water runs over the stair-steps and into my pool, so I have aeration going on all the time. My pH is always going up...after reading this forum I believe the aeration has allot to do with it. Will keeping my TA low (60 - 80) and adding borates help me keep my pH in-line??

I had been keeping my TA in the 100-120 range but I'm working to get it down in the hopes that this will help my pH problems.
