about to order the test kit

i'm about to order the complete test kit as recommended in pool school, but since I have a swg on the way, i guess i need to order the salt test strips as well. there are only 10 in the pack, is one pack enough? how often will i be testing the salt level?

eta: this is what is says in the article

In the spring, mid-summer, and any time there has been substantial water replacement
If you use salt, test the salt level and adjust if needed.

but since i will be setting up the salt system I assume I'll be testing to make sure it's all ok.

Yes, just order one. You may need more next year, but the dates won't be as fresh if you buy it now.

yup...once you get the salt in range...you may not need to retest until you get a low salt error
