Can I test the unit by inserting a standard incandscent bulb? Last year I pulled the housing and there was water inside. I cleaned it up and now it is not working(I did not replace the gasket as I probably should have). I am waiting for a new gasket to come in but I want to make sure the housing works before I seal it up an put it under water. Thanks
