Water Shooting out of Waste pipe while set 2 Filter.

I have already replaced the Diverter and gasket....

Could this be because of sand levels I am out of ideas.

What happens when you set it to waste?

I am thinking something got put back together incorretly.

It still shoots out as normal when set to waste. It comes out of the waste valve at about 1/3 of the rate when set to filter.

I had this same problem. I also replaced the gasket and divertor, then the whole top, still the same problem. I ended up having to replace the valve assembly (not sure if that's the right name for it). This is the part that sits right on top of the filter container with the inlets and outlets. This fixed my problem. It must have been warped or damaged to the point that the gasket couldn't form a seal. I have a thread about this under 'Pumping Station'. Do you have a heater? Apparently running a heater with the pump off can cause warping and other damage to the punp and filter.
