For those who doubt the BBB method...

Hey all,

Back for another season! If you are on the fence about the BBB method, here is a time lapse of opening my pool this year.


Day 1, after taking off the cover:

Day 2, literally the next morning after a heavy dose of Wal-Mart Bleach:

Day 4, Pump/filter has been running 24/7, brushing and vacuuming often.

Day 5, Relax, Swim, Enjoy.

I hope my water never gets that bad but if it does at least I know the techniques work well. Pool looks great now.

Did you add BBB everyday for the four days? I'm a novice and was just wondering if you tested after everyday and added more daily to adjust levels until day five results.

It was after seeing posts like this that convinced me to trade in the $$$ pool chemicals for BBB!
