After opening my pool this season, I noticed that the green stretch fabric broke away from the black fabric due to the stitching failing. The looploc stretch cover is 11 years old and is in good shape. Does anyone know if the green panels can be stitched back to the black fabric? The cover itself did not tear but the stitching came apart. Thanks in advance.

I think a picture will be worth exactly 1,000 words in this case. I can't picture what you mean by stretch fabric. I can picture mesh, solid vinyl or non-stretch straps.
