Can I do anything to lower the temp of the water in my pool? I have tried floating bleach jugs filled with ice (filled them with water and froze them). That didn't help.

Fountains help by aerating and the resulting evaporation cools the water. This may raise your PH though. So you'll need to have Muratic Acid, Baking Soda and Borax on hand to make any possible adjustments to PH/TA, if neccessary.
