Motor upgrade for Pentair Challenger

I have a pentair challenger with single speed motor that needs replacement. Want to go to 2 speed to save operating $.

Can I just change the motor or do need new pump too?

Have an Aqualogic PA-8 with available relays. How much time do you set up for each speed? Is there a setting for 2spees motors?

Talked to INYO pools. Great service. Ordered the variable speed ECM16SQU and seal kit. Should bolt right on.
