Hello all! Long time visitor and follower of the BBB technique 
. I'm doing my 4th annual startup and I always wondered "when should I start adding chlorine to be the most effective?" I am running filter 24/7 , cleaning the filter daily and have been removing debris since I can now somewhat see the bottom. It's still a cloudy very light green. Should I continue filtering and cleaning until clear, then balance/SLAM it or will balance/SLAM now speed the process. My thinking is "why dump a bunch of chlorine in now if filter is still pulling a bunch of contaminates out?"
