    How high of a FC level is too high to swim?

    I was just wondering what is considered a safe FC level to swim in? I guess the question I really want to ask is how high is too high? I've been shocking the pool and am now waiting on the FC level to drop some before swimming but I wanted to know what is safe. Thanks ahead.

    personal preferences vary. the most liberal is anything below shock level. there are several threads on this, here is one:
