I just pulled my pool cover off a few weeks ago. It just started warming up in California here. I have been putting a gallon and a half chlorine daily. Whats up with that? PH is fine. I have not checked others yet. The water is crystal clear

I see you listed the TF-100 testkit. How old are the reagents in that kit? Post up a full set of current test results from that kit.

Beyond what the others have posted, is that chlorine left over from last year? Even if you just bought it from a store, it could still be last years and is essentially expensive salt water.

Calcium Hardness It comes out light pink- does that count at red?
(Calcium = 150) ( how do yopu know it has copper? Directions say if pool contains copper add 2 drops R012 before
adding R011L)
CYA - it's always clear. It never gets cloudy. It goes all the way too top and I can clearly see black dot. Did it twice.

2 years is starting to push the life expectancy of some of the reagents in that kit. I would recommend ordering some refills.
Sound like you have near 0 CYA. So that means you can lose 50% of your FC in a hour of noon sun ... and likely lose it all every day.

)I'll give it a shot. Thank you. When I do pool calculations it says to add 326 ounces of calcium chlorate for my calcium hardness. Does that sound right??
