Hi Lynda and welcome to TFP! Please help us as well by doing a couple things:
    - Tell us what test kit you are using to test the water (TF-100 or Taylor K-2006)?
    - Provide a full set of test results and/or explain you current problems
    - Update your signature with all of your pool info and equipment. It will help us a bunch later.

Nice to have you with us at TFP.

    Welcome to the forum

Tell us your questions. Just one or two at a time but we'll get through them all.
