    Intex 16' x 48" question(s)

Hello All - I just picked up an Intex 16' round above ground pool.

I have a 1200 GPH sand pump already - is this big enough or should I buy a new one? I plan to add a skimmer.

    Thanks,
    Baze

I haven't got a clue, but I know where to look.

Check out Intex 1000 GPH pump vs. 2500 GPH is like night and day I found that link in Useful links for fellow Intex Pool Owners
16K freeform gunite with spa; Pentair 4000 DE filter; Century Whisperflow 1 HP; Pentair Minimax heater.
Troublefree does not mean Maintenancefree. It's like brushing your teeth: You can spend a couple minutes a day and pennies a week or go to the dentist once a year and spend several thousand dollars.
A pool is like a pet - you have to feed it every day, even the days you don't want to play with it!
