Autofill/Level Plumbing

When I had my pool built last year I had the builder put in an autofill, but just stub it out. I am going to connect it up this weekend, but wanted a sanity check on the approach.

The autofill is a CMP25504 and they ran a 1" line back to my foundation which is just capped.

I also picked up a 3/4" Zurn/Wilkins 34-720A Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) to prevent any backflow.

My plan is the following:

- Plumb an extra 1/2" supply line to a hose bib
- Use stainless steal washing machine supply hose from hose bib to 1/2 - 3/4 adapter into Zurn PVB inlet
- Attach Zurn PVB outlet to the autofill 1" line with a 3/4" to 1" coupling

Anyone see any issues with this or have other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I have my auto fill connected to a 3/4 pvc pipe that goes to a standard anti-siphon valve. Like the kind on your sprinklers. Manually operated nothing special. I leave it set to 1/2 way on and the float does the rest.
