Fizzy water - is there something "off" in my water?

I can't remember other pools "fizzing" when kids jump in - does that mean our pool has something wrong in the chemistry?

The numbers are almost always this:

FC b/t 2 - 3
CYA b/t 30-40
pH b/t 7.2-7.5
TA b/t 70-80

Thanks!!

I don't think it can be algeacide, because I've never used the first drop of it. We replaced the liner, and all I've used since then is ph+, stabilizer/conditioner, alkalinity plus (all left over from last year) and 6% bleach.

I use the TF-100 test kit. The numbers I had posted below are the range that I get basically every time I test the water - the only thing that really moves is the chlorine.

My numbers on the latest "full" test were:
FC 3.5 (which is higher than typical - I must have just added chlorine? I can't remember)
CC .5
pH 7.5
TA 80
CH (don't test this)
CYA b/t 30 and 40 on the cylinder when I can't see the black dot

Thanks again for your help!
