I have a Waterway (clearwater) 19" sand filter that has a leak around the neck where the multi valve port attaches but is leaking under the clamp to the base of the filter. We noticed there is a crack there about 1.25" long, but barely noticable in width. Is there anything I can repair this with, or do I need to buy a new round container to replace?

I tried a few different things but they all failed in a few hours. I would just replaced it. You don't want it to fail sometime when your gone and run the pump dry, then you might need a new pump too!!
