I bought a brand new Kreepy Krauly and it gets stuck over wrinkles in my pool. It moves well over areas that don't have wrinkles. Is this a known issue? Is there a work around? Or can you recommend another cleaner that will do the job? I attached a photo to show the extent of the wrinkling.

Confirmed by Pentair, KK will get stuck on larger wrinkles, no work around. Bought a Polaris 955. Now off to sell the new KK.
Don't let the kreepy crawly sit on the wrinkle, and continuously clean the same spot. My cleaner managed to get stuck in a corner, and "clean" a hole into my liner!!!!
