Hello. I have a Swim Pure Plus, T-15. At turn on, after the no flow light goes out, all looks normal. I go through the diagnostics and again all good. After about 15 seconds it stops generating and the Power light goes off. After several tries I noticed the voltage drops from 33.5 to 0, but starts climbing and usually stops at 19-20. Amps are 0. Could this be the thermistor? I do not think it is a bad cell (only 1 year old).
Hayward tech support was no help. Said call out a service tech. Seems to be the answer every time they are called. Any help would be appreciated.
