    Nautilus w clever clean question

Just got my cleaner. Couldn't help but notice it said don't operate in water with FC > 4ppm. Umm, mine is at least this all the time with a CYA if 40.

No worries. They don't recognize the FC/CYA relationship. If they ask, your FC was never above 4.

The manual for your pump, filter, heater will all say that, too. As bmore said, no worries.

The "pool store guy" was telling me how bleach would ruin my internal parts on my pump the other day. It is sad that someone who is supposed to be a professional doesn't know a thing at the end of the day as far as chemical relationships. He told me you treated each thing independantly.
