Dealing with a wrinkled liner

So the good news is the liner has pretty much gone back to normal - we are filling the pool slowly, groundwater is receding and liner is back in place - we have one wrinkle on the bottom on the shallow end.

The catch 22 is to get liner back into place, we need to raise pool water back to pre close height, but reportedly to deal with wrinkles, we have to lower water...

Any tips or tricks for dealing with the wrinkle, outside of lowering pool water? Or is this just a permanent annoyance that we live with?

What does the rain outlook look like? Will you have a long dry spell where the ground around the dry up some? If not then just live with it and use care when you vacuum and such.
