    Red face PH test

    Hi all,
    if aerareing a pool raises ph level, should I shut off my
    pump an let water settle before performing that test?
    see what y'all have done to me?(lol)

    I just invert the test block gently, and don't shake it, for the very same reason. So you're not alone.

    No. Test you PH at normal intervals like you normally would/should. If your PH is rising due to airation as you mentioned, lowering your TA may help regulate your PH.
