New spa jet booster pump advice needed

Current Jandy Stealth 1.5hp spa booster jet just went dead. I already had swapped out my previous one for the one I took from my main filter when I went with a Pentair VSP. Am thinking I want to stick with Pentair for this pump and only need it to power 6 spa jets...which would you recommend, Superflo or Whisperflo? Also since current pump is 12 years old, should I stick with 1.5 hp or could I drop to 1hp?

For spa jets, you want something that has a similar head curve to the one you had otherwise you risk reducing the jet performance. In the Whisperflo line, I would go with the WFE-8.
