Help! Dolphn Flipping

Hi everyone,

I have a Dolphin Nautilus pool cleaner that flips over very frequently. This typically happens in the shallow end of the pool and essentially makes its useless as intended. Its basically impossible for us to drop it in the pool, turn it on, and let it do its thing without waiting for it to flip and then fixing.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any insight into what is causing the problem?

Is the coping causing it to flip over? Any clue of why is it mostly in the shallow end? As in maybe fighting the cable?

Mine never flips upside down. When it gets stuck it turns off the suction and floats down to the bottom, more or less right side up.
