No flow Aquapure ei

Hi:
I have an older Aquapure35 ei SWG. I had it installed less than 10 years ago. Have replaced the board twice and the cell once. Now I have a no flow problem. Have cleaned skimmers and back washed. Pump pressure is fine. Have turned off the circuit breaker and rebooted without result.

Since it's not a newer model, I can't find a flow reset button anywhere.

Suggestions? And, is there a schematic for how to replace the flow sensor, which I think is the black one in the cell?
