Gold line aquapure automated salt generator states check system cell missing

Good evening,

My neighbor's saltwater generator is giving the message "check system cell missing". I inspected the computer board and did not see any popped capacitors or anything that appeared burned out. Any suggestions? The system is an aquapure gold line automated system with a t-15 salt cell. Thank you for all who reply.

Is it plugged in?

Note: Goldline is Hayward and their system is aqualogic, aquarite, aquaplus or prologic.

Jandy is aquapure.

It appeared to be plugged into the panel. Is there another plug location?. All breakers were on as well.

The plug might not be in correctly. Unplug and reinsert.

How old is the system?

The system is 7 years old and it was unplugged and plugged back in.

Could be a bad cell or board.

Check the plug parts for damage.

What would I look for on the board to verify if it's the board other than it doesn't recognize the cell.
