I was so glad to find Poolforum.com, and REALLY bummed to find it was inactive. Then, REALLY happy again to find TFP! I was getting so discouraged with my pool until I got myself an education from ya'll. Now I feel powerful and in control! I no longer do as I'm told when I get my water tested at the pool store, but can take the data and make my own decisions!
My language not withstanding, I'm not from the south. I grew up in San Diego, lived in many parts of the world, including Texas and Colorado, and now am in NW Arkansas for at least the next 15 years (I think).
I wish I had made my user name "Dadof4," but guess it's too late to change now. I could also have been Married18 (that's married 18 years, not married at 18 ).
