Overnight chlorine test + UV light

I was lax a couple of days in giving the daily Clorox to my indoor swim spa. I noticed yesterday that my pool water appeared more cloudy. I raised my FC to 10 ppm just before sleeping (CYA at 20). In the morning my FC reading was 6 ppm. The guidelines only allow no more than a 1 ppm drop overnight. However, I have a UV light. UV light may possible accerelate the degradation of chlorine. Should I still use the 1 ppm guideline if I have UV light? Thanks.
