Testing for CYA using Taylor Kit

When testing for CYA using Taylor kit, do I want the Black dot to completly disappear or is hardly visable ok?

It must completely disappear. When I get to that "almost" point I wiggle the tube a little, it can help identify whether the black dot is really there because eyes are pretty good at catching movement.
